Everything is great, staff is extremly nice and friendly. I had a room for three, it was quite big, clean and well furnitured; pathroom is good and has a jaccuzi. Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walking to Taksim square, and any lind of public transportation. Few steps from supermarket, exchange, ... The place is also safe, clean and not crowded. Breakfast is pretty good, resturant is nice. Internet everywhere in the hotel for free and service is good and stable.

The staff was very good and courteous. Kram at the front desk was extremely helpful - we had an early morning flight and he allowed us to checkin early and also upgraded our rooms. Also, the location is very convenient - right adjacent to Taxim with a short walk to Istiklal street, the metro station, bus stations and funicular.

The staff was amazing and special thanks to all of them for the amazing job and I wish I have thier names in my brain but (Yadir and Emrah) what I remember. They are very helpful, welcoming and they speak good English which made our life easy. The location is Taksim which was fantastic as it is just 3 minutes walk from the airport bus stop and 5 minutes walk to the metro station.

This is my third time staying at the central palace, the location is exceptional 5 mins walking to the Taksim square which is one of the main landmarks in Istanbul. It’s also few minutes walking from the Airport bus service “Havaist”. The team speaks very good english and can easily communicate with you in it. Breakfast is tasty but lacks the variety they used to have previously.

Other than being located near taksim square and close to all the main attractions, The Central Palace Taksim has many great merits as my family and I had a wonderful experience there. The service is perfect, we were assisted by Karam and Imran who were both very helpful and spoke perfect english even some arabic as well, Karam did a perfect job in upgrading our room to a room with a beautiful view and luxurious decor and furniture, and was friendly the whole time, helping us with any thing we needed. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this place. I can't forget to mention how beautiful the interior design is in this hotel, it is beautiful with an antique vibe, as shown in the photos below.

The rooms are big and clean. The entire staff is very friendly, and they are there to help you with what you need. The location is great, near the Taksim Square, which is connected to everything in Istanbul.

Amazing location nearby to Taksim Square. Perfect cleaning , polite and kind staff especially Emre and Çağlar. They helped us with keeping our luggage for two hours after check out and they also took care of our car until we came back. (Free parking) . Breakfast was great. We will come back for sure ! THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT AS IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE TAKSIM SQUARE THE BREAKFAST WAS A TREAT WITH SO MANY OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE & COMFORTABLE WITH EXCELLENT STAFF DEFINITELY SHALL RECOMEND THE HOTEL TO ALL MY FRIENDS & RELATIVES

Close proximity to Taksim Square and metro line made the city and tourist attractions easily accessible. We got a room upgrade to a junior suite on check in as a family of 3 which was a lovely surprise. This suite was extremely spacious and spotless.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was excellent , location was great , easy access to the train & bus. We were upgraded and had a room with a little balcony , nice to be able to get fresh air and come back to a spa bath after a big day of exploring. It also had a great gym .
